摘要
采用盐酸-硝酸-氢氟酸-高氯酸消解预处理土壤样品,结合工作曲线法和标准加入法测定土壤中总铬的含量。结果表明,该法与国标方法比较,提高了测定样品的准确度和精密度,完全能满足环境土壤中总铬测定的要求。
A new method applying hydrochloric acid-nitric acidhydrofluoric acid-perehloric acid for digestion of soil to determine the total chromium (TCr) content in soil sample along with the work curve method and standard addition technique is described in this article. Experimental results show that this method can completely satisfy the requirement for determining TCr in soil. Furthermore, application of this method can improve the accuracy and precision of analysis in comparison with the existing method stipttlated by the national standard.
