摘要
为探讨纤维连接蛋白(FN)及其受体(FNR)与IgA肾病的关系,利用免疫组织化学和计算机图像分析的方法对41例IgA肾病患者和6例正常人肾组织中的纤维连接蛋白及其受体进行定量研究。结果表明,正常肾组织肾小球FN分布于系膜区,FNR在肾小球系膜区和毛细血管袢均有分布。IgA肾病患者肾小球内FN、FNR的相对含量高于正常肾,重度组IgA肾病患者尤为显著(P<0.01),而且FN、FNR的含量与IgA肾病肾小球系膜细胞的增殖程度呈密切相关。提示FN、FNR在IgA肾病肾小球病变中可能起重要作用。
o investigate the relationships between fibronectin(FN),VLA-5 and IgA nephropathy(IgAN),we determined the expressions of FN,VLA5 in the renal bioptic tissue of 41 IGAN pa-tients by immunohistochemical and image analysis techniques, Six normal human renal tissueswere served as mormal controls. The results shows as following:①The expression of FN was en-hanced along the capillary loops and mesangial region in IgAN patients with serious lesions,whileFN was only slight staining in mesangial region in normal controls,②There was mild expressionof VLA-5 in mesangium and capillary loops in normal renal tissue. However,in the kidnev ofIgAN patient, the VLA-5 expression was very strong in the mesangial area and the capillarylcops;③These was positive correlation of the expressions of FN and VLA-5 with the serious de-gree of renal lesions of IgAN patients.The results suggest that the changes of FN and VLA-5 inrenaI tissues may contribute to the pathologic changes of IgAN.
