摘要
采用水热法合成了用于分离石脑油中正构烷烃的粉状5A分子筛,经挤出成型,干燥,活化,得到条形5A分子筛,其n-C06,n-C07,n-C08静态饱和吸附量分别为0.115,0.108,0.112 g/g。结果表明,在相同条件下,与参比球形5A分子筛A(2.5~5.0)和B(4.0~6.0)相比,条形试样n-C06静态饱和吸附量比前两者分别高出10%以上和30%以上;n-C07和n-C08静态饱和吸附量均比参比分子筛A高出10%以上,且吸附速率明显快于参比分子筛。
The 5 A molecular sieves powder used for separating normal paraffins in naphtha was synthesized by hydrothermal method.The static saturated adsorption capacity of the 5 A molecular sieves(bars) was(0.115 g n-)(C^0_6/g,)(0.108()g) n-C^0_7/g and 0.112 g n-C^0_8/g.Compared with the contrastive 5 A molecular sieves A((()2.5~)(5.0))and B(()4.0~6.0),the n-C^0_6 adsorption capacity of novel 5 A molecular sieves was 10 percent and 30 percent higher respectively,the n-C^0_7 and n-C^0_8 adsorption capacity of novel 5 A molecular sieves was both 10 percent higher than that of contrastive A,and the adsorption speed of novel 5 A molecular sieves was more rapidly than that of contrastive A and B under the same conditions.
