摘要
研究疏肝化瘀汤对实验性动物肝损伤的保护作用,并为临床应用提供理论依据。方法利用四氯化碳造成小鼠、大鼠肝损伤模型,分别观察空白对照组、疏肝化瘀汤组、西药对照组、肝损伤模型组的肝功能、胆汁流量的变化。结果疏肝化瘀汤组胆红素、谷丙转氨酶显著降低(P<0.005),而白蛋白与A/G值明显升高(P<0,01)。结论疏肝化瘀汤对四氯化碳造成的实验性动物肝损伤有保护作用。
Objective To study the protective effect of Shuganhuayu decoction on the experimental animal's liver and to provide the theoretical foundation for the elinical practice. Methods To use tetrachlormethane for getting the liver damage model of small and big mice. The experimental mice were divided into four groups: the blank group, Shuganhuayu decoction group, western medicinal control group and the group of liver damage model. The changes of liver function and bile flow were observed. Results Shuganhuayu decoction group had great effect on reducing the amount of bilirubin and glutamic pyruvic transaminase (P 〈 0. 005) and increasing the amount of albumin and A/G (P〈 0.01), Conclusion Shuganhuayu decoction has the function to protect the experimental animal's liver from the damage by tetrachlormethane.
