摘要
复制林可霉素致豚鼠胆囊胆色素结石的模型(B组);用维生素E(VE)抗氧化预防结石形成(C组)。在结石形成的早期,测定其胆囊胆汁中的丙二醛(MDA)、粘蛋白(MP)、β-葡萄糖醛酸酶(β-G)和总胆红素(TB)的含量。结果表明:B、C两组胆囊胆汁中MDA、MP、β-G和TB的含量比正常对照组(A组)均显著增高。B、C两组间各成分无差异。B、C组MDA含量的对数与MP或β-G含量的对数分别呈显著正相关。说明炎症等病理过程产生的自由基通过对胆道粘膜上皮的损伤,扰乱其功能,在林可霉素致豚鼠胆色素结石的过程中起一定的作用。
The model of pigmental gallbladder stone in guinea pigs induced by lincomycin was reproduced (group B);the antioxidant vitamin E(VE) was used to prevent the formation of gallbladder stone (group C).In the early stage of pigmental gallstone formation,the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA),mucoprotein (MP),β glucuronidase (β G) and total bilirubin (TB) in gallbladder bile were determined.The results showed that the contents of MDA,MP,β G and TB significantly increased in group B and group C as compared with controls (group A),but there was no difference between group B and group C;there was significant postive correlation between log MDA content and log MP content or log β G content respectively in group B and group C.The study indicates that the free radicals which orginate from inflammation and other pathological process can disturb the function of biliary epithelium by damaging those cells,and may play a part role in the formation of pigmental gallstones in guinea pigs induced by lincomycin.The dose of VE we used was of no effect on antioxidation and prevention of the formation of pigmental gallstones.
