摘要
研究人力资源管理评价指标,对人力资源管理进行综合评价是人力资源管理中十分重要的一环,它直接关系到企业的生存与发展。根据企业人力资源管理的特点,从多方面考察了反映人力资源的因素,进而建立了科学指标评价体系。并采用物元综合评判法,应用关联函数,构建了人力资源管理的物元模型,把人力资源评价由定性转为定量,最后应用实例探讨了模型的应用,为加强公司人力资源管理提供了依据。
Research of evaluation index and synthetic method play an importan role in the human resouce management. The results of synthetic evaluation have a close relationship with the development of a company. This paper uses the matter-element comprehensive evaluation method and dependent function to establish the model of human resource on the basis of some important factors of reflecting the characteristics of human resource condition. These models changes the qualitative method of human resource management into quanitiative. At last, an example has been given out to explain the use of the method. The result of evaluation provides the reasons for the strengthening of company' s human resource.
