摘要
目的:探讨对不同伤口换药方法,换药时机,伤口用药,有利伤口修复。方法:对常规手术伤口、外伤清创手术伤口、感染伤口,采取以伤口情况而确定换药时间和换药材料,对一般细菌感染和特殊细菌感染伤口、疑难慢性窦道伤口、皮肤缺损伤口,根据情况用药,如过氧乙酸溶液,酒精二皮液,烧伤Ⅱ号,利福平和去腐生肌类中药。结果:有效的促进了伤口修复,提高了治愈率,对疑难伤口的治疗效果更为满意。结论:对不同伤口的不同时期、不同创面,采取相应的换药措施和伤口用药,有利伤口修复,加快伤口愈合,临床有总结的必要。
Objective： To discuss on the methods and opportunity of changes of dressing, mediation on wound for promoting the wound healing. Methods： The interval and material of changes of dressing was decided by the types of wounds, The medicines were administrated based on the types of wound infection. Results： The changes of dressing improved the wound healing and curative rate,specially for intractable wounds. Conclusion： Various changes of dressing and medication on wound based on different wound can improve wound healing.
