摘要
目的 观察高能匀浆膳用于喉癌术后患者肠内营养支持的疗效。方法 50例喉癌患者,手术后随机 分为普通流质组和高热能匀浆组,均于术后置硅胶鼻胃管,术后6小时开始鼻饲。分别监测术前、术后7天、14天各 项营养指标,伤口愈合情况和并发症。结果所有病例术后各项营养指标均下降,两组患者术后7天各项指标差异 无显著性意义,但术后14天各项指标以及伤口修复、并发症差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论 喉癌术后采用高 能匀浆膳肠内营养支持可降低并发症发生率,促进病体恢复,提高生活质量。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of enteral high energy nutritious fluid(HENF) on the cases received surgical therapy for laryngeal carcinoma. Methods 50 cases were randomly divided into treating group(TG) with HENF and controlling one(CG) with common fluid food,given through nasal feeding begun on the 6th hour after operation. Then, measured were the indicators of general nutrition on the 7th and 14th days of post-operation respectively, the occurring rate of complications and the condition of wound healing. Results There were significant differences in the various indicators of general nutrition,occurring rate of complications and healing period of wound measured by the 14th day following the operation between the two groups(P<0. 05),while no significant differences found in these indexes between them by the 7th day. Conclusions Enteral HENF can improve life quality, reduce the occurring rate of complications and promote recovery of teneral condition for cases received surgical treatment of laryngeal carcinoma.
