摘要
根据磁声发射（ＭＡＥ）原理并利用自制的磁化器对退火钢轨进行了室内应力标定，得到用面积法处理的应力与ＭＡＥ强度标定曲线，又据此测量了Ｕ７４６０ｋｇ／ｍ新轨的残余应力。
Based on the theory of magetic acoustic emission (MAE), the stress in an annealed rail is calibrated with a special-made magnetizer, and the relationship between the calibrated stress and MAE strength is obtained by area method. With the calibration curve the residual stress in a U74 60 kg/m new rail is measured.
