摘要
社会发展对高校人才培养提出了新的要求。按照“四年不断线、一年一个台阶”的基本思想,围绕信息管理与信息系统专业人才培养计划,介绍了实践教学体系的具体构建方法。即：构建应用能力台阶；强调课内实践；重视集中实践；开展课外科技活动。以此提高大学生的应用实践能力和创新意识。
With the social development, there are some new requirements for the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities. Based on the professional talent-cultivating plan for information management system and with the basic idea of continuous and step-by-step teaching within the four years of study, this paper introduces how to build scientific practical education system, that is, to construct steps for applied abilities, to strengthen in-class practice, to attach importance to concentrated practice, and to develop extracurricular activities in order to improve students＇ practical abilities and innovatory consciousness.
