摘要
文章提出了信息服务人才培养由文献整理型向知识传播型模式转型的论点 ,提出了转型过程中的专业重组、知识结构与课程体系重组的改革策略 ,并对信息服务人才培养目标、知识体系、课程设置模式及信息服务教育形象和方法体系进行了阐述。
This paper presents the view that transformation from the type of document organization to the one of information communication happens in the field of information service personnel training.It reports the studies on reforming strategies for professional reinventing,knowledge structure and realign of curriculum during the transformation and discusses the goal of information service personnel training,intellectual system,the model of curriculum,information service education and method establishing.
