摘要
立式精碾米机机组采用“一砂二铁”碾米流程,顺向和逆向砂、铁辊碾米多单机组合,无中间附加物流设备,采用喷风、低温升和喷风加湿碾米技术。在结构设计上,采用了独立的碾辊轴系,可分式碾辊及螺旋输送器结构,运转精度高、装拆维护方便和调整快捷。应用实践证明,该机组布局紧凑,性能良好,工作可靠。
The new type of vertical rice whitening machine set was designed with "one abrasive and two pearling" processing steps and developed with the application of some key technologies, including the organized combination of down-gravity flow machine and against-gravity flow machine, the three-dimension aerial system and low temperature increase. In the structure, the independent whitening roller was assembled, the uniform datum based on whitening chamber and the separable whitening roller and feed expeller were applied to assure the high-precision operation condition. It has the advantages of rapid adjustment and convenient maintenance. The experimental running demonstrated that LM-MLP set had well-organized layout, high performance and good work reliability.
