摘要
基于知识管理的图书馆运行保障机制是指基于知识管理的图书馆运行保障的结构、功能及其作用原理与作用过程。它由三个部分组成,即基于知识管理的图书馆运行保障制度、基于知识管理的图书馆运行保障理论和基于知识管理的图书馆运行保障实践。其中,制度是根本,理论是前提,实践是关键。
The guaranteeing system of library operation based on knowledge management means the structure, the function and their action principle and action process which guarantee library operation based on knowledge management. The system is composed of three parts, namely, the institution guaranteeing library operation based on knowledge management, the theory guaranteeing library operation based on knowledge management and the practice guaranteeing library operation based on knowledge management. Among them, the institution is foundation, the theory is prerequisite, and the practice is sticking point.
