免疫应答对血浆ACTH和皮质酮水平的影响

摘要 NDV腹腔免疫小鼠后3h血浆ACTH水平升至高峰,6h有所下降,12h基本恢复至正常水平;NDV免疫后血浆皮质酮(CS)6h升至高峰,12h已有大幅度下降,24h后基本恢复至正常水平。NDV也可使大鼠血浆ACTH和CS水平增加。白喉类毒素足垫皮下免疫后小鼠血浆CS水平有类似变化。白喉类毒素和绵羊红细胞(SRBC)免疫后7天均可升高小鼠血浆CS水平;NDV免疫后7天则可降低小鼠血浆CS水平。 Swiss mice were immunized with Newcastle disease virus(NDV),0.2ml (800HAU/ml) per mouse intraperitonelly, 3 hours later, plasma ACTH (Adrenocorticotropic hormone, ACTH) level was increased to the peak, and plasma ACTH Ievel was decreased to normal 12 hours after immunization; mouse plasma corticosterone level was increased to the peak 6 hours after DNV immunization. NDV also had the effect for increasing plasma ACTH and corticosterone in Wistar rats. Mouse plasma corticosterone levels were increased by SRBC(10%SRBC,0.2ml/per mouse i.p.)and toxoid diphtheria (10Lf/per back foot, for both side S.C.)but decreased by NDV 7 days after immunization.
