摘要 目的:通过对康复医学的性质和目前国内外康复医学教育的发展概况与培养模式进行分析,寻找国内康复医学教育发展的不足和改进措施,从而推动其健康发展。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline1976-01/2000-12关于康复医学教育的文章。检索词“rehabilitation,development,education”并限定文章的语种类为English。同时利用计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库2000-01/2006-01的相关文章,限定文章语言种类为中文,检索词“康复医学,发展,教育”。资料选择:对资料进行初审,纳入标准:①西方主要国家康复医学教育(包括物理治疗师、作业治疗师和康复工程师等)的专业设置、课程和学制以及康复医师的认证等资料。②国内设置康复医学或治疗学本科专业、硕士及博士点的大学、课程设置等资料。排除标准:重复性研究。资料提炼:共收集到符合上述要求的文献15篇,排除3篇重复性研究。12篇符合纳入标准。资料综合:许多国家按大学本科或专科设立以运动治疗为主要内容的物理治疗专业、作业治疗专业、言语治疗专业,大多数国家采取4年制本科培养,授予理学学位。目前中国康复医学与理疗的本科专业和硕士点均已有20多个,中国大学在康复医学专业和课程设置方面仍有欠缺。结论:①国内康复医学专业需进一步深化,如设立物理治疗、作业治疗、神经康复等更细的专业方向。②加强毕业生的继续教育,建立住院康复医生培养和康复医师执业考试制度。③在康复医学专业课程设置上增加康复工程、康复医学管理等方面的知识培养。 OBJECTIVE: To improve the situation of rehabilitation medicine education in China by discussing and analyzing the character of rehabilitation medicine as well as the development and pattern of overseas and domestic rehabilitation medicine education, and to promote the healthy development in China. DATA SOURCES: An online search was conducted in Medline database for the relative articles of rehabilitation medicine education published from January 1976 to December 2000 by imputing the key words of "rehabilitation, development, education" in English into computer, Meanwhile, the related Chinese articles were retrieved in China Journals Full-text Database between January 2000 and January 2006 with the key words of "rehabilitation medicine, development, education". STUDY SELECTION: All the data were checked primarily, Inclusion criteria: Information related to rehabilitation medicine education in China and western countries, especially for specialty categories, curriculum, degrees and certification of rehabilitation physician qualification, etc. Exclusion criteria: repeated researches. DATA EXTRACTION: Totally 15 articles met the criteria, and 3 of them were deleted due to the repeated contents. The rest 12 articles were selected for analysis. DATA SYNTHESIS: Specialties of physical therapy (mainly sports therapy), occupational therapy and lingual therapy are set in many western countries. Science Bachelor of 4 years is conferred on rehabilitation medicine graduates in most countries. There are over 20 universities, which can train the undergraduates and postgraduates for master degree of rehabilitation medicine and physical therapy in China, but the curriculum of rehabilitation medicine education need to be remedied. CONCLUSION: (1)The specialties of rehabilitation medicine education in China need to be further refined, such as specialties for physical therapy, occupational therapy and neural therapy, etc. (2)To enhance the continuous education of the graduates, and build the systems of rehabilitation physician training and certification.(3)The knowledge study of rehabilitation engineering and rehabilitation management is suggested in the curriculum of rehabilitation medicine specialties in China.
