摘要
文章分析了湖北经济发展的现状:经济发展速度较慢;工业化水平低;城市化水平不高;固定资产投资增长速度较慢;对外开放水平存在较大差距;人民生活水平不高;新经济指数的排名靠后。提出了实现湖北经济在中部崛起的对策:扫除经济实现跨越式发展的意识障碍;推进农业产业化和工业化进程;加快新型工业化步伐;大力推进城市化进程;进一步改善投资环境;大力发展民营经济。
The article analyzes the current situation of economic development of Hubei ： the economic development speed is relatively slow, the industrialized level is low, the urbanization level is not high, the investment rate of fixed assets is relatively slow, the level of opening up has a large gap, the living standards of people are not high, the new economy index arranges backward. The countermeasures and suggestions of putting forward the economy of Hubei springing up in the middle part are： Clear away the consciousness obstacle that influences the great - leap - forward development of economy ; Push on agricultural industrialization and industrialized process ; Accelerate new industrialized paces; Push on the urbanization process; Further improve the investment climate; Develop private economy energetically.
