摘要
1994年3～10月在内蒙古达茂联合旗短花针茅荒漠草原研究别割处理对六种牧草贮藏碳水化合物含量的影响。结果表明，刈割引起牧草茎基和根部贮藏碳水化合物含量下降，而当株高8cm时，留茬2cm的刈割处理，对贮藏碳水化合物含量的总体影响不大。
This experiment was catried out from march to october 1994 in Stipa breviflora desert steppe in Damao Banner Inner Mongolia. Six representative range plants were used for studing on effect of clipping treatment on the carbohydrate reserves in plant stem foo parts and underground organs. Stem foots and un dergrand organs samples were quatitatively analyzed for carbohydrate contents (total sugar) and the enducing sugar by the 3. 5 Dinitrosalicylic acid colormetric comparison method. The results show that the clipping treatment causes a reduction in carbohydrate in stem foots and underground organs. Clipping plants when plant grow up to 8cm and 2cm cutting height has little influence on the plant carbohydrate reserves contents in 6 plants.
