无铬酸、氢氟酸、硝酸的新型不锈钢抛光工艺

摘要 不锈钢抛光工艺,传统配方多有铬酸、氢氟酸、硝酸等毒害较大物质,对环境污染较大,同时采用高温酸洗,去除氧化皮等,使成本增加。本文介绍不锈钢的粗抛、细抛、精抛是将酸洗、化抛、电抛融为一体的不锈钢抛光组合工艺,不仅显著地降低了环境污染,还确保了不锈钢光亮如镜的靓兰色泽,这在生产实践中得到验证。 This article introduced about the stainless steel polishing technics. In traditionary formula, there has some disadvantage. First, it contains lots of toxicants,such as chromous acid , hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid and so on, so it can cause bad environmental pollution. Second, pickling in high temperature, wipe off the oxygenation skin, can cause the cost increasing. This text recommend the stainless steel polishing technics contains crude polishing, elaborate polishing and exact polishing, substantively, it is A the stainless steel polishing technics which concenter pickling, chemical polishing, electroanalysis polishing together. This techics not only reduced the environmental pollution remarkably, but also keep the stainless steel has a good colour and luster, this already obtained the confirmation in the production practice.
