摘要
鞍钢4号高炉1992年大修时采用自焙炭块陶瓷砌体复合炉缸。开炉后12~18个月自焙发块完成自焙过程,炉缸形成稳定的温度场,1150℃等温线均匀地分布在陶瓷砌体内或内侧,陶瓷砌体和炭砖接触处(炭砖热面)温度均匀且小于800℃,这些都有利于控制炭砖所受到的各种侵蚀,防止炉缸异常侵蚀和环形断裂。预计炉缸寿命可达8~10年以上。
A compound hearth with both partially graphitized self-baking carbon block and ceramic brickwork lining was used on the No.4 BF at Anshan Iron and Steel Co.during the 1992 year's relining.After blowing in for 12-18 months the self-baking process of self-baking carbon block was completed and the stable temperature field in the hearth was formed,an iso-thermal circle of 1150℃ was well located inside the ceramic brickwork,the temperature in joint face between ceramic brickwork and carbon block (hot face of carbon block) was less than 800℃ and was uniformly distributed.These factors were very favourable for controlling the various attacks encountered by carbon block,especially for preventing the abnormal damage and ring crack in hearth.A blast furnace production campaign,life of 8 to 10 years was predicted.
