摘要
采用酶联免疫法测定３８例偏头痛患者的ＩｇＧ和ＩｇＭ型抗心磷脂抗体（ＡＣＬ），结果偏头痛组ＡＣＬ水平和ＡＣＬ阳性率与３０例对照组比较均有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），提示偏头痛患者有免疫调节功能异常。
We measured IgG and IgM ACL levels by enzymeliked immunosorbent assary(ELISA)in 38 patients with migraine and 30 healthy controls.Significant difference in ACL levels and ACL positivity was found between the patients and the controls(P<0.01).It is suggested that association exists between migraine and the presence of anticardiolipin antibodies.
