摘要 用墨汁灌注及双色素灌注制作透明标本的方法,研究小鼠、大白鼠及家兔肝脏微血管分布的构型特点,比较了文献所报导的肝脏微循环单位的三种观点,提出了有关肝脏微循环单位的新的认识,即肝脏的微循环单位可以由下列成分所组成:一条入口静脉所供应血液的相应的血窦野,汇聚这一血窦野而注入肝静脉的集合血窦,以及在这一血窦野范围内的微胆管。 ased on researching results about the study of distribution and arrangement of microvessel in hepatic artery, in Clissons capsule, and specially, about the study of microvascular architecture of normal liver, a new view of the microcirculatory unit of liver is proposed which was composed of the following components: a sinusoid field corresponding to the blood supplied from an inlet vein, the collecting sinusoid, which comes together from the above sinusoid fields and drains into hepatic vein, and microbile vessels, microlymphatic vessels and nerve ending among this sinusoid field.
