摘要
目的:星形胶质细胞不仅在中枢神经功能中起重要作用,对神经损伤后的功能重组和修复也有多方面影响。方法:应用计算机检索PUBMED1995-01/2005-12期间的相关文章,检索词为“astrocytesnerverepair”,并限定文章语言种类为English。同时计算机检索万方数据库2000-01/2005-12期间的相关文章,检索词为“星形胶质细胞,生理功能”,并限定文章语言种类为中文。对资料进行初审,并查看每篇文献后的引文。纳入标准:文章所述内容应与星形胶质细胞及神经功能修复研究相关。排除标准:重复研究或Meta分析类文章。结果:共收集11篇符合纳入标准的文献。结论:星形胶质细胞是中枢神经系统中数目占绝对优势的胶质细胞,在中枢神经的发育及功能活动、损伤后功能重组、神经功能修复等方面具有重要作用。
AIM: Astrocyte not only plays an important role in central nerve function, but also has inuhiple effects on functional recombination and recovery after nerve injury.
METHODS: Related articles were searched in PUBMED published from January 1995 to December 2005 with the key words of "astrocytes nerve repair" in English. Meanwhile, related articles were also retrieved in Wanfang Database published between January 2000 and December 2005 with the key words of "astrocytes, physiological function" in Chinese. The data were firstly selected, and the quotation of each article was looked over. Inclusive criterion was those papers of astrocyte and nerve functional recovery. Exclusive criteria were those of repetitive research or Meta analysis articles.
RESULTS: A total of 11 related literatures were selected, which were accorded with the inclusive criterion.
CONCLUSION: Astrocyte that is a kind of glial cell overwhelms in number in central nervous system, plays an important role in development, functional activity, post-injury functional recoinbination, nerve functional recovery in central nerve and so on.
