聚焦微波辐射合成3种2-甲基-2-烷基-1,3-氧硫杂环戊烷

Synthesis of three 1,3-oxathiolane under focused microwave irradiation

摘要 利用Discover聚焦微波合成仪及压缩空气同步冷却技术,在均匀微波场作用下,以对甲基苯磺酸作催化剂,巯基乙醇分别与丁酮、戊酮和己酮反应,制得3种2-甲基-2-烷基-1,3-氧硫杂环戊烷类香料化合物,产率分别为67.3%、71.9%和65.6%,用气相色谱、红外光谱、元素分析和气-质联机对产品进行了结构鉴定,并对3种香料化合物进行了初步评香。 Three 1,3-oxathiolane were synthesized by the reaction of mercaptoethanol with 2-butanone,2-pentanone and 2-hexanone under focused microwave irradiation in the presence of p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst. The yields were 67.3%, 71.9% and 65.6% respectively. Structures of three flavoring compounds were identified by the data of GC, IR, elemental analysis and GC-MS spectra. The odor characteristics of three flavoring compounds were evaluated.
