摘要
采用原子吸收分光光度法和化学形态分析流程研究了菥荬籽中13种微量元素的化学形态,初步探讨了其药用功效。实验表明:原料中元素的含量特征为:K>Ca>P>Mg>Fe>Na>Zn>Mn>Cu>As>Cd>Pb>Co;2次煎提效率达87%,表明对其微量元素的提取采用2次煎提方式较为合理。次级形态表明:Fe、Ca、Cu的颗粒吸附态分布>50%;P、As、Na、Fe、Cu、Cd以稳定态形式居多。Cu、Zn、Na的有机态分布约占40%~50%;除P、As以外,其余元素主要以游离阳离子形式存在。从形态分析可见,菥萁籽中Fe含量较丰富,达356μg/g;可溶态中,Zn、Cu的有机态相对较多,且Zn/Cu在原料及水煎液中均为5左右,较为合理。
The chemical speciation of thirteen trace elements in Thlaspi arvense Linn were studied by atomic absorption spectrophotometry and chemical speciation analysis and the official effects of these elements are discussed. The element contents from high to low in primary samples are : K〉Ca〉P〉Mg〉Fe〉Na〉Zn 〉Mn〉Cu〉As〉Cd〉Pb〉Co. The efficiency of the second time extraction is 87%, so it is appropriate to extract these elements by second time water extraction. More than 50 % contents of Fe, Pb, Ca and Cu existed in particulate absorption form, most of P, As, Na, Fe, Cu and Cd in stable form, about 40%~50% of Cu, Zn and Na in organic form (extracted by CHCl3), and other ,elements, except P and As, primarily in the form of free positive ions. The speciation analysis results show that Fe is the most rich element in the seeds of Thlaspi arvense Linn (concentration of 356μg/g), Zn and Cu in organic are relatively abundant in solution, and the ratio of Zn/Cu was about 5 both in primary material and water solution.
