摘要
教师教育培养现阶段下的两种模式中存在的问题,与中国传统文化的影响、研究者自身思维方式的局限、教育理论与教育实践的阻隔、对“个人知识”的关注的缺失等方面都有关联,这些问题都在职前教育和职后培训中凸显出来。针对存在的问题,探询高师语文师资的培养新模式,有一定的现实意义。
The problems existing in two kind of patterns of teacher education under the present stage, have connection with the influence of China traditional culture, the limitation of researcher's thinking mode, the gulf between education theory and education practice, and the defect of "individual knowledge" and so on, and these questions appear clearly in pre-service educations and post--service training. It is practical significance to explore the new training pattern of normal universities's Chinese teachers.
