摘要
根据瓜尔豆胶在生产食品添加剂的过程中产生的废水COD的值高达216000mg/l的特点,分别用如下方法进行处理①调pH=6.84。按0.5%质量比加入活性炭吸附剂,静止20天,此时去除率为87.7%;②用饱和硫酸铝2mL+适量的聚丙烯酰胺絮凝,去除率为36.5%;③原液先蒸馏出1/4体积后在釜液中按3%的质量比加入Ca(OH)_2,计算去除率为89.6%④利用铁炭屑以5:1的质量比形成微电池的方法作用两小时后再按3%的质量比加Ca(OH)_2絮凝,此条件下去除率高达91.7%。经过比较得出第四种方法是最经济有效的,对该特种废水起到了很好的预处理作用。
The waster water value of COD can be up to 216000mg/L during the process of producing food additives using Guar gum. According to this distinguishing feature, the waster water can be treated by the follow methods respectively: ①Add the activated carbon into the waster water by the mass ratio of 0.5 percent (pH = 6.84 ), then keep the waster water static for 20 days. It is 87.7 % to get rid of leading at this moment; ②Floceulate with saturated aluminium sulphate (2mL) and sufficicent polypropylene acyl amine, and it is 36.5% to get rid of leading; ③Add Ca(OH)2 into the liquid in cauldron according to 3% mass ratio after original liquid is distilled untill the liquid vlolume is left to 3/4, and it is 89.6% to get rid of leading; QUlilize the iron charcoal bits by 5:1 quality to form local dement after 2 hours then add Ca (OH)2 to flocculate according to 3% mass ratio, it expects that the rate is up to 91.7%. Compared to the three formers, the fourth kind of method is the most economic and most effectual process which plays very important role of treating this special waste water.
