摘要
PACS-3是一种用SO_4^(2-)改性的聚氯化铝(PAC)。合成工艺简单,耗能少,已实现工业化生产。产品碱化度高、稳定,净水效果比PAC 高2~3倍。^(27)AlNMR研究结果表明,在PACS 溶液中SO_4^(2-)取代AlO_4成为新形成的球簇离子[SO_4Al_(12)(OH)_(24)(H_2O)_(12)]^(10+),离子的价数为10,比PAC 溶液中球簇离子[AlO_4Al_(12)(OH)_(24)(H_2O)_(12)]^(7+)的7价高得多,这是PACS 净水絮凝效果大幅度提高的主要原因。
PACS-3 is a SO_4^(2-)-modified product of basic polyaluminum chloride(PAC),with high basicity and stability.^(27)Al NMR spectra of PACS-3solution show that SO_4^(2-) can substitute for AlO-4 in the spherical clusterpolyion [AlO_4Al_(12)(OH)_(24)(H_2O)_(12)]^(7+) (Al_(15)) resulting in forming a new clusterpolyion [SO_4Al_(12)(OH)_(24)(H_2O)_(12)]^(10+).The valence of this new polyion is 10+which is much higher than the valence 7+ of Al_(15) species in PAC solution.This is one of the main reasons why PACS-3 is remarkably more effectiveas flocculant than PAC in purifying water.
