摘要
20世纪80年代以来,垂直一体化的现代公司范式呈现出向垂直解体和网络范式转变的趋势。在这一转变过程中,企业成长的方式也在发生着深刻的变革。在垂直解体和网络范式下,源于垂直垄断优势的作用下降而对市场变化进行及时响应的速度优势的作用增强,规模经济和交易成本经济的作用进一步强化,企业的成长也从仅仅在科层化组织内部成长转变为依靠网络的扩张而成长。
It has been a tendency that the modem corporation paradigm is changing from vertical integration to vertical disintegration and network. At the same time, the way in which the firms grow up is undergoing profound transformation： the speed advantage of responding to the market changes has intensified while the advantage of vertical monopoly has decreased, the function of scale economy and transaction cost economy has strengthened, the growth of firms has been changed from only within the hierarchy organization to the expansion of network.
