摘要
将培养的少根根霉菌丝球制成生物吸附剂用于多种偶氮染料的吸附脱色,并以活性艳红X-3B为偶氮染料的典型,研究少根根霉生物吸附剂对染料的吸附作用。实验结果表明,少根根霉生物吸附剂对活性、直接和分散类的偶氮染料具有较强的吸附性能,对酸性染料的吸附效果较差;对活性艳红X-3B的吸附率随温度的升高而升高,35℃时吸附率达最大,为90.7%,温度继续升高,吸附率相应降低;生物吸附剂对X-3B的吸附率随浓度的升高而降低,质量浓度为80mg/L时,72h吸附率仍可达80.2%;X-3B溶液呈弱酸性时吸附率较高,pH为5时,72h吸附率最高达98.0%;生物吸附剂对活性艳红X-3B的吸附为线性吸附,吸附热为-22.97kJ/mol。
The biosorption of several dyes by biosorbent made from Rhizopus arrhizu possessing highly effective adsorptive capacity was researched. The results showed the biosorbent made from Rhizopus arrhizu showed preferable biosorptive performance on reactive, direct and dispersed azo dyes, inferior capacity on acidic dyes. The biosorptive rate of Reactive Brilliant Red X-3B rose when temperature rose, achieved 90.7% at 35℃. When temperature kept on climbing, the biosorptive rate reduced accordingly. The biosorptive rate reduced when the concentration of X- 3B increased. The biosorption rate on 72 h was 80.2% when the concentration was 80 mg/L. When the solution of X-3B was weak acid, the biosorptive rate was preferable; the biosorptive rate was 98.0% when pH value was 5. The biosorptive process was linear and the enthalpy was -22.97 kJ/mol.
