文章综述了中药对肿瘤和衰老细胞端粒酶的影响及机理,阐明以端粒酶活性为靶点的抗肿瘤和抗衰老中药开发的可行性及研究进展和应用价值。
The paper summarized the effects and mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine on the telomerase in tumor or senile cell, indicated that it was feasible to exploit these Chinese crude drugs with the effects of anti - tumor or anti - aging, with telomerase activation as the target.
