摘要
目的探讨十二指肠外瘘并发症治疗。方法对27例十二指肠外瘘患者的治疗进行回顾性分析。结果27例十二指肠外瘘患者,3例因脓毒症和多器官功能障碍综合征发展成多器官功能衰竭死亡,24例治愈。结论早期诊断、及时治疗是处理十二指肠外瘘并发症的关键。
Objective To explore the treatment of complication of lateral duodenal fistula. Methods A retrospective analysis on the treatment of 27 cases of lateral duodenal fistulas. Results among all patients, three cases died due to multiple organ failure,24 cases were cured. Couclusion Early diagnosis and treatment are the key to manage the complication of lateral duodenal fistula.
