摘要
从4种培养基中筛选出MRS培养基为L.paraplantiumⅡ32的最适生长培养基. 并运用点滴法,通过单因子筛选法,最终确定该菌生长、最大抑菌活性产生的最佳碳源为麦芽糖;氮源为酵母粉,浓度为2.0%;最适的初始pH值范围为5.5～6.5;温度范围为29～31 ℃.
The MRS medium is screened within four kinds of media as the most favorable one for the growth and antimicrobial product of L. paraplamium Ⅱ 32. Its optimal fermentation conditions was determined by Spot Inoculation as follows： Maltose is used as carbon source and yeast, as nitrogen source; concentration, 2.0%; pH , from 5.5 to 6.5; temperature of fermentation, 29-31℃.
