摘要
目的观察复方夏天无片治疗缺血性脑血管病的疗效。方法治疗组30例用复方夏天无治疗,对照组30例用银杏叶片治疗,疗程5周。结果治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组为100%,两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。但以血液流变指标及大脑中动脉血流速度为指标,观察治疗组用药前后有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论复方夏天无片治疗缺血性脑血管病疗效好,值得推广使用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of FuFang XiaTianWu tables on ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods 60 cases were divided into two groups, treatment group （TG） and control group （CG）. TG took FuFang XiaTianWu tables, CG took Ginkgo tables. Courses of treatment were 5 weeks. Results Total effective rate of TG was 93.33%, uhile CG was 100%. Therapeutic effect of TG and CG had no significant difference （P〉0. 05）. The blood flow rate of artery was used as an assessing index, pre-therapy post-treatment of TG had obviously difference （P〈0. 05）.Conclusion FuFang XiaTianWu tables can be fit for treating ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
