摘要
对Rhizobiumsp.N613合成胞外多糖(REPS)的分批发酵过程和发酵动力学进行了研究。应用Logistic方程和Luedeking-Piret方程,得到了描述Rhizobiumsp.N613菌体生长、REPS合成和底物消耗的动力学模型。模型反映了该菌株合成REPS分批发酵过程的动力学特征,模型值与实验数据拟合良好。对Rhizobiumsp.N613发酵动力学模型和合成REPS的生理学特性进行了分析,优化了合成REPS的发酵工艺,补料分批发酵实验结果表明,REPS产量从8.21 g.L-1提高到11.31 g.L-1。
The exopolysaccharide(REPS) production by batch fermentation with Rhizobium sp. N613 and the kinetics for REPS production were studied in this paper. Based on Logistic equation and Luedeking-Piret equation, the kinetic models describing cell growth, REPS production and substrate consumption were obtained. The models could provide reasonable description for the REPS batch fermentation process,and the calculated results of models were compared satisfactorily with the experimental data. By analyzing the kinetic models and physiological characteri of REPS production, the REPS fermentation process was optimized. The results indicated that the yield of REPS was enhanced from 8. 21 g · L^-1 to 11.31 g·L^-1 in the fed-batch fermentation.
