摘要
[目的]观察持续小剂量静滴奥美拉唑治疗应激性溃疡的疗效。[方法]将应激性溃疡(SU)患者随机分为实验组(A组)和对照组(B组)。A组应用40 mg国产奥美拉唑,以3.3 mg/h速度持续静滴。B组以40 mg/h速度静滴国产奥美拉唑,2次/d。两组患者均每2 h测1次胃液pH值,并观察胃肠减压器中是否有咖啡色或红色引流物。[结果]A组各时段胃液pH值较高且稳定,治疗SU疗效好。[结论]持续小剂量静滴奥美拉唑治疗SU效果优于常规给药方法。
[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effects of omeprazole by small-volume continues infusion in the treatment of stress ulcer （SU）. [Methods] Patients with SU were divided randomly into test group （A group） and control group （B group）. In group A, homemade omeprazole was infused at 3.3 mg/h continuously, while it was 40 mg/h twice a day by usual method （group B）. pH value of gastric juice was determined every 2 hours, and whether there was any coffee or red juice in the gastrointestinal reductor was observed. [Results] The pH value of gastric juice in group A was higher and more steady than that in group B. The therapeutic effect in group A was better. [Conclusion] The therapeutic effect of omeprazole by continues small-volume infusion in treating SU is better than that with usual method.
