摘要
临床已证实三氧化二砷(As2O3)能有效治疗急性早幼粒细胞性白血病,在此基础上,有关As2O3抗肝癌作用的研究报告也越来越多,该文就As2O3抗肝癌作用的实验研究和临床应用作一综述。
Clinical trials have demonstrated that arsenic trioxide was effective in the treatment of acute promyelocytic leukemia. Based on this fact, more and more studies have been carried out to study its role in the treatment of human hepatocarcinoma cell. This article reviews arsenic trioxide in trial studies and clinical use of hepatoma carcinoma cell.
