摘要
目的:观察五味消毒饮加减及抚触在治疗婴幼儿湿疹中的作用。方法:门诊及病房的128例婴幼儿湿疹患儿,观察组、对照组各64例,观察组外用五味消毒饮加减及尤卓尔,同时给予适当抚触,对照组外用尤卓尔,有破溃外用硼酸冷湿敷,均治疗5d后做疗效评价。结果:观察组总有效率93.75%,对照组总有效率为5.63%,差异有非常显著性(x2=15.638,P=0.000,P<0.01)。结论:五味消毒饮加减治疗婴幼儿湿疹,疗效佳,见效快,应用得当能明显减少瘙痒,感染及加重后护理的难度,而抚触则有助于安抚患儿不安情绪,提高疗效。
Objective： To observe the function of the Wuwei Xiaodu Yin and massage in treating infant eczema. Methods： 128 cases of infant eczema children in clinics and wards were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 64 cases in each group, observation group was treated with the Wuwei Xiaodu Yin and Youzhuoer, while giving appropriate massage, the control group was treated with Zhuoer, the ulceration topical boric cold wet compress, after 5 days, to do evaluation. Results： The total efficiency was 93.75% in the observation group, the total efficiency of the control group was 5.63%, and the difference was statistically significant （x^2 = 15.638, P = 0.000, P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Wuwei Xiaodu Yin has a good efficacy on treating infant eczema, and can significantly reduce the itching and the difficulty of nursing, while massage can appease children with anxiety and improve the efficacy.
