摘要
研究了Cu2+-Beta型纳米分子筛对类神经毒剂DMMP有机气体的敏感特性,并结合高灵敏的石英谐振微天平(QCM)研制了DMMP气体的传感器.研究结果表明,选择Cu2+-Beta纳米分子筛作为敏感膜对DMMP气体的检测灵敏度大大提高,达到14.4811Hz/lg(C/ppm).在0.2ppmDMMP气体浓度下,传感器的响应时间和恢复时间分别为40s和100s,响应达到103Hz.同时经过高温和水汽吹扫脱附处理,该传感器表现了较好的重复性.
Nanosized zeolite Beta modified by Cu^2+ is used to detect the nerve agent stimulant DMMP. By combining the exclusive selectivity of zeolite films and the high sensitivity of QCM (Quartz Crystal Microbalance), a gas sensor for the detection of gas DMMP is developed. The experimental results show that both the sensitivity and the response time of the sensor are improved greatly because of the Cu^2+ modified nano-zeolite Beta. The sensitivity is raised to 14. 481 1 Hz/lg(C/ppm). The frequency shift for tracing 0. 2 ppm DMMP reaches 103 Hz while the adsorption and desorption time are 40 and 100 seconds, respectively. Good repeatability are demonstrated after the desorption process of high-temperature heating and purge of aqueous vapor.
