基于干法光学生物传感器的便携式血红蛋白检测系统 被引量:7

摘要 主要介绍了一种基于干法光学生物传感器的便携式血红蛋白(Hb)检测系统.该系统基于光学反射原理,以高精度微转换器ADμC824为控制核心、高亮度发光二极管(LED)为光源、光敏电阻为光电转换器件,配合高精度采集/放大电路,实现Hb信号的采集和处理.与生化仪器Reflotron Plus的对比性测试实验表明,该系统线性测试范围为13.7~18.7g/dL,相关系数为0.981.该系统设计体积(18.5×13×6)cm^3、检测时间60s、可存储255条记录,并具备测量记录显示、查询和删除等功能.同时,该系统还可与外部计算机通讯,实现测试过程实时监测和所有测试记录一次性上传等.该系统将在Hb现场快速检测和血液筛查中有广泛的应用前景. A portable system for determination of Hemoglobin (Hb) based on optic biosensor is described. It was designed on the principle of optic reflection, in which MicroConverter ADμC824 was used as controller, high bright LED as light source and photoconductive cell as photoelectric ones. Combined with Hb biosensors developed in laboratory, the detected results of the system correlated well with that obtained by Reflotron Plus and the correlation coefficient of 0. 981 is observed in the range of 13. 7 ~ 18. 7 g/dL. The system is portable, rapid to obtain results and up to 255 ones can be stored; moreover, the process of detecting Hb can be monitored and all stored results can also be uploaded to computer. So it is suitable for Hb determination in the field.
