摘要
为了解决工业现场的直流电机调速方案通讯方式灵活性差,传输效率低等问题,应用了CAN总线技术以及AD公司的8位高性能微转换器ADμC812与晶闸管智能控制模块组成的直流调速系统以及用。并且给出了软件,硬件的设计方案。该方案可使系统硬件电路简单、可靠,控制灵活,通用性好。
In the DC motor speed regulating scheme of industrial field, problems of inferior flexible in communication mode, lower transmission efficiency etc. Were in existence. The AD company's DC adjustable-speed system to be made up of 8-digital high performance Aduc 812 and intelligent control module with thyristor, application of CAN bus in the system were introduced. And the design scheme of hardware and software were given out. The system hardware circuit with advantages of simple, reliable, flexible control, good generality was realized by using this scheme.
