摘要
介绍了构成减粘脱附柔性内衬基本件——钢环的形状、材料选择、受力分析与承载能力的计算。使用这种设计计算方法制造的钢环,编连成具有典型土壤动物减粘脱附功能的柔性内衬安装在挖掘机的挖斗上,通过应用试验表明:柔性内衬具有显著的减粘脱土能力,提高生产率25%,并能满足机械设备的安全。
This paper introduces the shape, the selection of material, dynamic analysis and the calculation of bearing capacity about steel ring which is the basic part of the flexible lining. Spot test of the bionics flexible lining, which is designed on the basis of the function of anti adhesion of typical soil insects, is carried out under practical conditions of excavator. The test results show the flexible lining has obvious anti adhesion effect, the productivity is raised 25 % and the reliability of the excavator is satisfactory.
