仿生犁与普通犁作业综合经济效益的对比分析 被引量:15

摘要 以仿生非光滑犁铧的铧式犁和普通犁铧的铧式犁在田间进行的试验数据为基础,确定了由于犁体不同对犁耕作业经济效益产生影响的评价指标,并对各指标进行了量化及标准化处理。应用常现综合评价方法,对犁耕作业综合经济效益进行了综合评价,进而尝试探索仿生农机具作业经济效益评价的一种方法。结果表明,仿生非光滑犁铧的铧式犁比普通犁铧的铧式犁可显著提高犁耕作业的经济效益,仿生犁的综合经济效益是普通犁的1.62倍。 Based on Shulan land-test data of the non-smooth bionic plow and common smooth plow, the evaluating indexes were chosen according to the influence on economic benefits of plowing caused by the different plow bodies. The kinds of indexes were handled by quantitative and standardization. In order to study a method in evaluating the economic benefits of bionic farm implements, the whole economic benefits of plowings were evaluated by using normal comprehensive evaluating method. The results showed that the effect is obvious and the economic benefit of bionic plow's plowing is 1.62 times higher than the common plow's. Therefore, it is necessary to popularize and apply the bionic plow.
