阐述了调理食品的定义、分类及特点,并对国内、国际调理食品的现状及发展趋势进行了说明,提出了发展国内调理食品的几点建议。作为一种新型消费模式,具有食用方便、健康营养、新鲜多样等特点的调理食品,发展前景广阔。
The definition, classification and characterization of the adjust - manage food were expatiated in this paper. Some suggestions on developing adjust- manage food in China were discussed after analyzing current stage and development of the domestic and international adjust - manage foods. As a new kind of food consumption model, the adjust - manage foods characterized by convenience, health, nourishment, fresh, and variety etc. have a wide foreground.
