摘要
目的观察碟脉灵注射液对肺源性心脏病心力衰竭的治疗效果。方法92例患者随机分为两组,对照组给常规药物治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上,用碟脉灵注射液40ml,加入液体中静脉点滴,1次/d,14d为1个疗程。结果治疗组46例,43例有效,总有效率为93·5%。对照组46例,总有效33例,总有效率为71·7%。两组结果比较经统计学处理差异有统计学意义(χ2=7·57,P<0·01)。结论在常规治疗基础上加用碟脉灵注射液可有效控制肺心病心力衰竭。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Die-Mailing in treating cases of pulmonary heart disease with heart failure. Methods 92 cases were divided at random into 2 groups： conventional therapy group （46 cases） were treated with Die-Mailing injection on the base of routine therapy. Control group（46 cases） were treated with only routine therapy. Results Effect rate of conventional group was 93.5 % （43/46）, while the effect rate of control group was 71.7% （33/46）. Conclusion The treatment of the Die-Mailing injection based on the conventional treatment can be effective to control pulmonary heart disease and heart failure.
