摘要
采用易染聚酯(CGP)切片与PET切片按一定比例共混,造粒,纺丝得到150 dtex/36 f PET/CGP共混纤维,分析了共混纤维的染色性能和力学性能。结果表明:在常压沸染条件下,PET/CGP共混纤维的染色性能较PET纤维显著提高。随着CGP含量的增加,纤维上染率明显增加,但纤维的力学性能略有下降。当纤维中CGP质量分数为50%时,PET/CGP共混纤维的分散蓝2BLN上染率达92.73%,分散黄SE-4GL上染率达70.41%。
Easy-to-dye polyester(CGP) chip and PET chip were blended at a certain ratio prior to granulating and spinning to produce 150 dtex/36 f PET/CGP blend fiber. The dyeing behavior and mechanical properties of the blend fiber were analyzed. The results showed that the dyeing behavior of PET/CGP blend fiber can be improved considerably at atmospheric boiling dyeing conditions as compared with PET fiber. The dye up-take of the fiber was increased greatly, but the mechanical properties were decreased slightly while raising CGP content. The dye up-take could be 92.73% and 70.41% for Disperse Blue 2BLN and Dis perse Yellow SE- 4GL, respectively, when the CGP content was 50% by mass fraction.
