摘要
着重阐述了阳离子易染聚酯长丝强度降测试方法的建立及完善。结果表明用纱架180℃烘样法测定阳离子易染聚酯长丝强度降较理想,数据准确,真正反映出阳离子易染聚酯长丝的热稳定性,可指导、调整阳离子易染聚酯改性工艺及第三、四组分品种和配方。
The building and improvement of the test methods of ECDP filament tenacity loss were expounded emphasisly. The results showed that using creel heating sample method to test the tenacity loss of ECDP filament at 180 ℃ is ideal, the data are accurate. The thermal stability of the ECDP filament can be truly reflected. The results had great effects on the guiding and-adjusting ECDP modification technology and the formulation of the third and fourth components.
