摘要
ＳｒＴｉＯ３多功能陶瓷压敏电阻器具有可克服ＺｎＯ压敏电阻器不足之处的多种电气功能。在低电压下具有较大电容量的电容器功能（电容量大于０．０１μＦ）；在高于电压临界值又具有压敏电阻器功能：电压非线性系数大于１５，耐浪涌电流可达１８００Ａ／ｃｍ２。它所具有的吸收高频噪声、前沿快速上升噪声及自复位功能，使其在电源输入端、吸收电感性负载开关浪涌电压、保护双向可控硅开关器件、旁路电容器。
Multifunction SrTiO 3 ceramic varistor has the advantages over ZnO varistor in many electric functions: function of capacitor with larger capacitance(>0 01 μF) under low voltage, function of varistor at voltage higher than critical with voltage nonlinearity more than 15 and resistance to surge current to 1800 A/cm 2, It's high frequence noise absorption, absorption of noise caused by rapid rise of front and self reset function have widespread application in imput of supply,for absorption of inductive load switching surge voltage and for protection of two way thyristor switching devices,bypass capacitors, micro machines and the others.
