聚乳酸膜等离子接枝聚合PVP及表面性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 为改善聚乳酸(PLA)材料的亲水性,本研究利用低温等离子技术对其进行了表面改性。通过改变不同的工作条件(Wf=150w,t=3min,2min,1min;Wf=30w,t=10min,8min,5min,3min,1min)对其进行了优化条件的选择,然后通过气相法和常压液相法两种方法进行了PLA-NVP接枝反应,并通过SEM和AFM观察了材料的表面形态,水接触角测量表征了材料等离子处理和等离子接枝前后亲水性的变化,FTIR表征了材料的结构变化,通过材料改性前后质量的变化分析了材料的接枝情况。结果表明等离子处理和接枝后的材料表面呈现大小不一的气孔和沟痕,这种粗糙的表面将有利于细胞的粘附;材料的亲水性有明显的变化,接枝后的接触角由原来的78°下降到50°;FTIR谱图表征1750cm-1吸收峰的低波数侧1637.19cm-1出现新的吸收峰,该峰对应于PVP链段上酰胺基团中的羰基伸缩振动吸收,并且改性前后的质量变化进一步验证了其接枝情况。 Plasma technology was used in this paper to improve the hydrophilicity and cell compatibility of PLA. The materials were treated in the plasma apparatus under different conditions(Wf = 150W, t= 3min, 2min, 1min; Wf = 30w,t=10min, 8min, 5min, 3min, 1min), and then were grafted with N-vinyl-pyrrolidione (NVP) by two methods: (1) grafting with NVP gas for certain minutes, which was sprayed to the reaction cavity immediately after plasma treatment;(2) immersed in different concentration of NVP aqueolls after the plasma treatment for certain time. The materials were dried under vacuum and investigated by SEM and AFM observation, water contact angle measurement, FTIR analysis and weight changes measurement. The results showed that the modified materials possessed coarser surface with different porosity and the contact angles were decreased obviously from 78° to 50°after grafting polymerization. The new peak at 1750cm^-1 was showed by FTIR, which proved the new grafting product. And the weight changes also verified the approved results.
