摘要
通过对北美红杉外植体选择、基本培养基筛选试验、不同激素水平对比试验、栽培基质试验得到北美红杉组织培养的愈伤组织诱导、分化、生根、壮苗等几个生长阶段的优化配比培养基,建立外植体的无菌培养体系,对北美红杉进行了批量生产试管苗和室外圃地移植等基础性研究工作。
In order to obtained large amount of Sequoia sempervirens (Larnb.) Endl. small plants, explants, culture medium and auxins are selected, the study carried our the optimum culturemedium from the callus induced, differentiation inducting, root generating and seedling training, which set up a inoculated system and giving the base case in tissue culture of Sequoiasempervirens (Lamb.) Endl.
