摘要
通过对空间凸轮机构各种从动件滚子的研究,给出了不同类型滚子的统一数学表达模型。在滚子统一数学模型的基础上,基于可预控空间凸轮机构点啮合改进设计思想,提出了当量滚子的概念,并给出了当量滚子和实际滚子之间的对应关系。
Through studying various types of rollers of a spatial cam mechanism, the paper presented their unified mathematical expression models. Based on the unified mathematical model, it put forward the equivalent roller concept and showed the correspondence relationship between an equivalent roller and actual roller on the basis of the design concept of controllable point contacts of a spatial cam mechanism.
